Application Process

1． Application
You can search jobs in our website as well as recruiting websites such as 51Job.com. Then, send your CV to HR_CD_MBPS@manulife.com quoting the job number, title and source of Job Ad; or, apply for the job directly from the recruiting websites.

Once you have submitted your application and passed our CV screening, you will be contacted regarding next steps.

2． Assessment & Selection
We will evaluate applicants by a structured procedure. Our focus is on the matching degree of your competence with our job requirements. The specific steps are:

• CV screening
• Paper test 
• Computer-based test
• 1st round interview
• 2nd round interview

3． Physical check-up
A company-paid physical check-up will be conducted after you pass the 2nd round interview.

4． Your Offer
Congratulations! You pass all our selection steps and will become a member of MBPS Chengdu!
