MTS usually hires graduates with second class upper degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

- What happens next in the application process?
After we have reviewed your application, you may receive a call from our Recruiter for a phone interview, and/ or may be asked to attend a face-to-face interview. The interview process may include an aptitude test.
- Will there be an opportunity for MTS staff to experience an overseas business trip?

- What does MTS look for in fresh graduate applicants?
The willingness to learn and work hard, loves programming tasks and problem solving.
- What type of training programs does MTS provide to new hires?
MTS provides on the job training. If the new staff is assigned to work on a platform that he/ she has no knowledge of, the new staff will go through MTS in-house training. The in-house training consists of self running tutorials, exercises, books, plus a mentor (normally a senior staff) to guide the new staff. When relevant, we may send staff out to attend courses.
- When will I know if my application is successful?

- What are the criterias for performance appraisal?

- How can I reach MTS by public transport?
* From Bangsar Putra LRT station, take Rapid KL bus T634 and get off at the bus stop next to Manulife building (between Manulife building and HP tower).
* From KL Sentral station, take Rapid KL U82 and get off at the Shell station opposite of UOA building.
- How would I know if I am eligible for MTS’s Internship Program?
Undergraduates who are pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent at recognized tertiary institution may apply. The internship period must be during your final year final semester. You must be available to work full time for at least 6 months duration of your internship and posses at least 2nd class upper or CGPA 3.3 and above.
- How many days a week does MTS require me to work at MTS?
Officially, five days a week. |
